For Hispanic Heritage Month, we’ve put together a lineup of iconic dishes that take you straight back home:

• El Salvador: Fresh handmade pupusas, crispy yuca frita with chicharrón, savory meat pastelitos, banana leaf tamales, and warm nuégados with chilate for that perfect sweet touch.
